Troy Seaworth
Troy is Vice president of Seaworth Ag Enterprises
and President of Seaworth Transport, both of
Wellington.
Earlier this year Troy was Colorado's nominee
for U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce's
Outstanding Young Farmer award. He's
responsible for the daily operations of the 600
acres in Wellington, and Seaworth Transport, a
small trucking firm that pulls loads for WalMart.
He also oversees an additional 2,000 acres
the family owns in Sutherland, Neb.
Troy has been a leader in the strip tillage and
irrigation scheduling programs currently underway
in the two districts. (See more information under
