Before we transport you to the Conservation Store to buy seedling trees,
we need you to be aware of a couple of notes and then agree to the
requirements and terms for buying seedling trees.
1) If you want to pay by credit card or debit card, select AUTHORIZE.NET
when you get to the PROCEED WITH PAYMENT option. If you want to
pay with a check, select the CHEQUE option.
2) You will need to an account at the Conservation Store so we will have
the information to contact you about orders and pickup instructions.
Your information will not be shared with anyone outside Big Thompson CD.
REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS OF PURCHASE:
To buy trees through this program, the Buyer MUST:
1) Own a minimum of two (2) acres of land.
2) Not use the trees in ornamental or landscape planting.
3) Not resale seedlings as a living plant.
4) Not apply for refunds or cancel orders after March 1, 2011.
(If trees ordered are not available, a refund will be issued
unless a substitution is requested.)
5) Agree that Colorado State Forest Service is not responsible
for errors in inventory count. (The Big Thompson CD will
work with the Buyer to resolve issues.)
